Veronica Wilgosh is a purpose-driven leader with many years of experience in Canada’s credit union system. She brings clarity, momentum, and a strong cooperative lens to her work. As CEO of National Consulting Limited (NCL), she helped build the organization from the ground up in 2022 and has grown it into a trusted national partner.

At NCL, she and her team support credit unions with strategy and execution, governance and board effectiveness, practical operating solutions, and change support that helps leaders move from plans to progress. She leads with a focus on NCL’s values—service excellence, professionalism, and cooperative spirit. Her focus is on transformation—protecting what makes the cooperative model different while building what’s next.

Veronica’s career spans frontline operations, executive leadership, and board governance, which helps her connect big-picture strategy to day-to-day reality. She’s committed to cooperative system-building and continues to participate in initiatives that strengthen collaboration across the system—bringing people together, asking the questions that matter, and keeping a steady focus on follow-through.
