National Consulting Limited (NCL) works with Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC), the Canadian Agricultural Loans Act Program (CALA), the Canada Small Business Financing Program (CSBFA) and provincial government administrations to provide support for government lending programs which can increase credit union lending capacity and meet member needs.
Our team works as a liaison between credit unions and the provincial and federal governments to create lending program efficiencies within the credit union system. NCL:
- Interprets and distributes current program information, requirements and details.
- Supports credit unions with policy/procedural information at operational levels.
- Provides ongoing assistance with lending program inquiries.
Credit unions that use the programs share the cost. Billed annually in June.
