As CEO of National Consulting Limited, Veronica is dedicated to advancing the success of credit unions through collaboration and attentive consultation. With over 35 years of comprehensive experience within the credit union system— having worked at a credit union to serving credit unions directly at SaskCentral and now National Consulting Limited—she has developed a wealth of expertise and built strong, trusted relationships with industry stakeholders, partners, and vendors.

Before becoming CEO at National Consulting Limited, Veronica held a senior management role at SaskCentral, where she gained in-depth knowledge of all National Consulting business offerings. She is committed to continuous improvement and innovation, with a keen interest in developing tailored solutions for the future.

Veronica’s commitment to professional growth is demonstrated by her completion of numerous educational programs, including a Queen’s Leadership Program Certificate. She has actively contributed to the credit union community by serving on various committees, holding positions such as President of the Credit Union Management Association of Saskatchewan and Executive Board Director for a Saskatchewan Credit Union. These leadership roles have given her valuable perspective in meeting client needs and driving organizational success. In addition, Veronica has participated as a panelist at the National Credit Union Conference.

Her passion for mentoring others and her ability to clearly articulate organizational strategy, vision, and goals have contributed significantly to the success of the teams she leads. As a certified facilitator of Everything DiSC, she is skilled at fostering understanding and collaboration within diverse groups. Veronica consistently brings service excellence, professionalism, and integrity to her work.

Veronica is eager to collaborate with credit unions nationwide, supporting their growth and sustainability in an evolving financial services landscape. One notable initiative she is proud of is NCL’s involvement with the National Digital Banking Working Group, where National Consulting Limited, the Credit Unions Futures Committee (comprised of B.C. and Ontario Credit Unions), and Stabilization Central Credit Union are working together to help credit unions make an informed decision surrounding a digital banking transition to a new provider due to the decommissioning of their current platform. Through such partnerships, there is an opportunity to transcend provincial boundaries and strengthen the credit union system as a whole.
