Registration Process for Classroom Workshops

Email us to register for the session you wish to attend (be sure to include the course name please).

We will advise you that we have received your registration within 5 business days of you registering. If you do not receive notification from us in this time period, you should contact us immediately. (*This is not a confirmation the course is going ahead, only that we have received your registration).

Participants will receive confirmation of registration 10 business days prior to course date which will confirm the course will be offered as planned and that you are registered. This confirmation will also outline specific details for the course (time, date, location and any requirements of the participant such as pre-course reading, materials, etc.).

Courses will be rescheduled or cancelled if there is insufficient enrolment 6 weeks prior to the course start date.

Cancellation policy – full course fee will be charged if cancellation is not received 7 days (due to hotel contractual obligations – a reminder that late substitutions are welcomed) prior to the course start date.

If you know you are going to have staff taking training, but not yet sure who, did you know we can hold the spot without a person’s name? That way your credit union won’t miss out!

Also available: Custom virtual training designed to meet your awareness needs – for more information or should you have any questions, please contact us at fraud@nationalconsultinglimited.com.
