We provide comprehensive management and oversight services to credit unions in relation to their contractual arrangements with CGI for Retail Banking products and related services.
This service includes:
- Vendor Relationship Management: Monitoring ongoing service delivery and outstanding tickets with regular monthly meetings.
- Contract Management Oversight: Oversight of contractual arrangements between credit unions and CGI for DNA Retail Banking products and related services.
- Contract Negotiations: Managing contract negotiations and renewals, coordinating legal reviews when required with a shared cost model benefiting participating credit unions by lowering overall costs.
- Invoice Validation: Validating and processing invoices, including pass-through charges.
- Cost Validation: Ensuring adherence to contractual arrangements by validating annual projected operating costs from CGI and calculations during mergers/amalgamations.
- Service Delivery Monitoring: Monitoring service delivery and representing credit union interests in regular service delivery management review meetings.
- Advocacy: Advocating relevant DNA enhancements with CGI and at a National Level. Escalation of credit union issues with vendors to ensure timely satisfactory resolutions and SLAs are met.
- Specialized Reporting: Leading the development of specialized reporting, extracts, and interfaces based on credit union needs.
- Touchbase Calls and Newsletter: Conducting monthly, personalized touchbase calls to provide ongoing support and updates. Weekly newsletter update with any pertinent newsworthy items including information on compliance updates, reporting, enhancements to DNA Retail Banking Products and includes upcoming NCL Training and Industry Events.
- Helpdesk: Answering operational questions for support.
