Marilyn has more than 30 years of credit union system experience, in roles ranging from retail front line member service to back office technical and strategic support. Key focus areas in the past decade have been product support and vendor management. Marilyn has a keen eye for detail and a passion for supporting credit unions in delivering exceptional member service.

Marilyn enjoys the best of all worlds by spending summers in Saskatchewan and winters in British Columbia, and job-sharing the role of Digital and Banking Services Manager with Sheila Fraser.
