Laura Adams has been the behind-the-scenes magic maker since 2009. She plays a pivotal role in supporting executive leadership and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions.

Known for her calm demeanour, sharp eye for detail, and proactive problem-solving, Laura is the go-to person for “Can you help with…” and “Do you happen to know…”—and the answer is almost always yes. Her long-standing experience in the credit union system has given her a deep appreciation for member-focused values and the joy of working in a culture built on trust, collaboration, and service. She’s proud to support a team that believes in people helping people.

Laura holds the Practicing Associate designation through the Canadian Anti-Money Laundering Institute, reinforcing her dedication to compliance and integrity in the financial services sector.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys life on the farm, hanging out with her animals, golfing, and laughing at her own jokes (because someone has to). She believes that a good sense of humour and well-fed farm hands can fix just about anything.
