Brittany has worked in the credit union system since 2011, enriching her career through a variety of roles from frontline member service to team leadership and quite a few experiences in between. Her journey has been marked by a particularly rewarding term on the Saskatchewan Young Leaders Committee, where she honed her leadership skills and deepened her understanding of the cooperative principles through collaboration.

In her current position at NCL, Brittany blends her diverse credit union experiences and other ‘past-life’ roles – in hospitality and operations – with her innate creativity, bringing innovative solutions and a warm, supportive spirit to her team and the credit union employees she serves. Her dedication to her work is matched only by her commitment to her family and community, where she actively participates and contributes to initiatives that reflect her cooperative values.
