Registration Process (virtual and classroom)
Email us to register for the session you wish to attend.
We will advise you that we have received your registration within 5 business days of you registering. If you do not receive notification from us in this time period, you should contact us immediately. (*This is not a confirmation the course is going ahead, only that we have received your registration).
Virtual Training – This training course will be presented through Microsoft Teams. A calendar invite with the details will be sent to participants 5 business days prior to the course start date.
Classroom Training – Participants will receive confirmation of registration 10 business days prior to course date which will confirm the course will be offered as planned and that you are registered. This confirmation will also outline details specific for the course (time, date, location and any requirements of the participant such as pre-course reading, materials, etc.). Course material will be distributed via email through a .zip file attachment 3 business days prior to the course start date.

Cancellation Policy: Full course fee will be charged if cancellation is not received 7 business days prior to the course start date.
Payment: Your credit union will be billed as per price of the registration fee.
