Cathy Hicks joins National Consulting Limited from Biggar & District Credit Union where she worked for 16 years as the Manager of Human Resources and Marketing. She has a diverse business background, and has worked in union, government, agriculture, and private sectors. Driven by her passion of building better workplaces, Cathy recently attained the Associate Certified Coach designation through the International Coaching Federation. Cathy is trained to facilitate coaching and leadership in organizations wanting to enhance their culture. Her role as Manager of HR and Marketing at NCL will provide support and strategic direction for the organization as well as member credit unions.
